Communications & Operations Specialist
Hi, I’m Haley Goddard — a communications professional with a strong background in internal messaging, digital content creation, and guest service excellence.
I currently work at Walt Disney World, where I support the Minnie Van team through storytelling, recognition, and engagement strategies that inform and inspire Cast Members.
My career spans over 18 years of customer service and leadership roles, including retail, banking, and corporate communications.
I'm also expanding my skill set through the Google/Coursera UX Design certificate program, which helps me approach content with an even more thoughtful, user-focused perspective.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Audiences in December 2022 from Arizona State University. I will also begin a degree in Business Information Technology from North Carolina A&T State University starting in August 2025.
